빌리 조엘이 1977년 발표한 앨범에 수록된 이 노래는 아내의 생일을 맞이하여,
지금 그대로를 사랑하고 있으니 마음에 들려고 일부러 애쓰지 말라는
마음을 전하기 위해 만들어 선물했다는 유래를 가지고 있다
이듬 해 그래미상 시상식에서 '올해의 노래'를 수상했던 그의 출세작이다.
